SAP, ERP and MES integration: connected enterprise systems

We connect separate enterprise systems so that data is entered once and is the same everywhere. Every integration is designed with your IT team, with logged, traceable and fault-tolerant data flows.

Where projects usually start

Integration needs appear wherever people are filling the gap between systems.

  • Manual re-keying

Orders, material movements or work orders are copied by hand from one system to another, with errors and delays.

  • Different numbers for the same thing

ERP, MES and reports disagree, and every management decision starts with reconciling which one is right.

  • Fragile interfaces

Old scripts and exports hold the systems together, and when they stop, nobody knows exactly why.

  • New system, old data

During a system change, legacy data has to be migrated and the old and new systems run side by side for a while.

What we integrate

We match the integration approach to what your existing systems support and to your security policies.

  • SAP and ERP integration

Master data, orders, inventory and material movements synchronised through the interfaces your ERP provides.

  • MES and plant systems

Production confirmations, machine data and quality results moved between plant and enterprise systems.

  • Integration layer and API

A documented API layer between systems, so connecting a new application doesn’t need a separate interface to every system.

  • Data migration

Cleansing, mapping and loading legacy data, with trial migrations and reconciliation.

  • Reporting and data warehouse

Data from several systems brought into one model for management reporting and BI tools.

  • Monitoring and error handling

Logged data flows, automatic retries, alerts on failure and a searchable history for every record.

Clients

Companies we have worked for.

  • HELL Energy
  • FANUC
  • iSTYLE
  • ELTEC Holding
  • AXIÁL
  • Melde
  • 4iG

Case studies are shared in a call, with the client’s consent.

How we work

An enterprise approach with low risk: at the end of every stage, you decide whether to continue.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We map the process, your existing systems and your security requirements – under NDA if you wish. You get a written proposal, a schedule and a fixed price for the next step.

  2. 02

    Proof of concept

In a short, fixed-price phase we prove the critical point on real data – an integration, an AI model’s accuracy or a workflow – before you commit a larger budget.

  3. 03

Pilot in one plant or department

We go live with one plant, department or team. We work in two-week cycles, refine based on user feedback and measure the goal agreed up front.

  4. 04

    Rollout and operations

We roll the proven solution out to further sites and teams, with documentation and training. Defects are fixed free of charge for 12 months after handover.

Technology

We build on the standard interfaces your existing systems support.

Interfaces

  • REST and OData APIs
  • SOAP web services
  • database views
  • file-based interfaces (CSV, XML, Excel)

Integration layer

  • Node.js and TypeScript
  • Python
  • message queues and webhooks
  • scheduled synchronisation

Operations

  • logging and alerting
  • encrypted secret management
  • automated testing and deployment
  • EU cloud or your own environment

Secure integration

An integration opens access to enterprise systems, so we follow the same rules on every project.

  • Least privilege

Technical users can only reach the data and operations the integration actually needs.

  • Encrypted connections

Data travels over encrypted channels; access keys are stored encrypted and separate from the source code.

  • Full audit trail

For every transferred record you can see when, from where, to where and with what result it was moved.

  • Designed with your IT

Interfaces, network access and operational responsibilities are agreed in writing with your IT team.

About us

Pandai Tech Ltd has been building custom software since 2022. We are deliberately small: the senior engineer you meet in the first call is the one who builds your system – no chain of account managers and project managers in between, one point of decision and accountability.

We use AI-assisted engineering: machines speed up the routine work, while design, code review and accountability stay with people. That gets you to a working pilot faster than a large integrator would, without cutting corners on documentation.

A direct, senior point of contact
From the first call to operations, you talk to the person who builds the system.
Fixed-price stages
Assessment and proof of concept are fixed-price; pilot and rollout come with a scheduled quote and no hidden costs.
12-month warranty
Defects in delivered features are fixed free of charge for 12 months after handover.
English and Hungarian
You choose the language of specifications, documentation and communication.

We also build and run our own products: SafetyPro for maintenance and health-and-safety records, and Anonimer for whistleblowing.

System integration: FAQ

Can you connect to SAP?
Yes, through the interfaces your SAP system exposes in your landscape. We choose the specific approach – API, middleware, database view or file-based interface – together with your SAP team, following your existing authorisation and change management rules.
Do our existing systems need to change?
Usually not: we use the interfaces the systems already provide. If a system offers no suitable interface, the options and risks are documented in writing during the assessment.
What happens when a system is unavailable?
Integrations are designed to be fault-tolerant: failed transfers are logged and retried automatically, persistent failures raise an alert, and the data is caught up without loss.
How does data migration work?
We start with cleansing and mapping, run trial migrations, and reconcile the result against agreed control reports. The cut-over is scheduled to keep downtime as short as possible.
Who runs the integration after handover?
Whatever suits you: we hand it over to your IT team with documentation and source code, or we monitor it under an operations agreement.
Who owns the source code?
You do. At handover you receive the full source code, documentation and usage rights, so another developer can take the integration forward later.

Request a discovery call

Tell us briefly which process or system the project is about. You will get a personal reply.

What happens next?

  1. 01

We reply personally and schedule a short call about your goal, existing systems and timeline.

  2. 02

On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details.

  3. 03

You receive a written proposal for the assessment – scope, schedule and fixed price – so you can decide on the next step.
