In a short, fixed-price phase we prove the critical point on real data – an integration, an AI model’s accuracy or a workflow – before you commit a larger budget.

Pilot in one plant or department
We go live with one plant, department or team. We work in two-week cycles, refine based on user feedback and measure the goal agreed up front.

Rollout and operations
We roll the proven solution out to further sites and teams, with documentation and training. Defects are fixed free of charge for 12 months after handover.

About us
Pandai Tech Ltd has been building custom software since 2022. We are deliberately small: the senior engineer you meet in the first call is the one who builds your system – no chain of account managers and project managers in between, one point of decision and accountability.
We use AI-assisted engineering: machines speed up the routine work, while design, code review and accountability stay with people. That gets you to a working pilot faster than a large integrator would, without cutting corners on documentation.

Field mobile apps: FAQ
- Native or cross-platform?
- For most enterprise field apps we recommend cross-platform: iOS and Android come from one codebase, so development is faster and maintenance simpler. Where a feature needs a native solution, we add it as a module.
- Does the app work without an internet connection?
- Yes, where the job requires it. Data captured offline is stored on the device and synced with the central system when the connection returns.
- Can you connect it to our ERP or maintenance system?
- Yes. The app connects to your existing enterprise systems through their APIs. If there is no central system yet, we build the backend and the web admin interface as well.
- Can the app be distributed internally only?
- Yes. We can distribute it without a public store listing, through your company’s own developer account or your device management (MDM), so only employees can access it.
- Who owns the app and the source code?
- You do. The app is published under your developer account, and at handover you receive the full source code, documentation and usage rights.
- What happens after launch?
- Defects are fixed free of charge for 12 months after handover. If you need it, we keep up with iOS and Android updates, ship new versions and develop the app further.
