Goal
The EU whistleblower directive requires companies with more than 50 employees to operate an internal reporting channel. Most Hungarian businesses lack such a solution or use a general email address that doesn't meet regulatory requirements. Our goal was to develop a secure, anonymous reporting platform that complies with the EU directive.
Solution
Anonimer is an encrypted reporting system where employees can report observed issues in complete anonymity. The system has unique report identifiers through which the reporter and investigator can maintain anonymous dialogue. The platform complies with data protection regulations and the EU directive.
Result
With the introduction of Anonimer, our clients became compliant with the EU whistleblower directive, and internal reports increased by 40% — indicating that employees trust the system's anonymity.
